Delivery Policy

Delivery will be carried out by the Post Office or partner companies.

After confirming payment, the coffee preparation process is carried out, that is, the roasting and packaging process is carried out. After 3 days, the product delivery time is up to 10 days on average.

A tracking code will be generated, which will be informed in the registered email.

Return and Exchange Policy

Our product exchange policy aims to provide the customer with total security in relation to the products purchased. All our products have quality certifications and packaging with guaranteed sealing. If you receive a product that is inappropriate for consumption, such as:

  • Perforated packaging;

  • Broken packaging;

  • Packages improperly opened in transport.

The exchange will be conditioned to the availability of the product in stock. If the product is not in stock, you can choose one of the following alternatives:

  • Choose another product, paying or receiving back the difference in values, if any;

  • Receive the refund of the amount paid within 10 (ten) days from the date of the claim; or

  • Receive a coupon with the value of the product to use on future purchases.

Follow the steps below to perform the exchange:

1 - Inform our team about the problem through our e-mail (YOUR E-MAIL), sending clear photos of the product, within a period of up to 3 days after receipt. Attention, we do not carry out exchanges or refunds after this period.

2 - Your complaint will be analyzed in a maximum of 2 working days.
